One of the powerful features of our In-Play Alerts is their ability to be connected to other systems, models and strategies within Predictology.
There are many scenarios where this can be a beneficial and indeed profitable advancement on your strategies.
One example could be that you have a Lay The Draw model. You then want to be advised if the match remains level with, say, 20 minutes to go.
At this point, you are confident that there is a good chance that the game will NOT end in a draw due to the historical, pre-match, performance of your model.
With the clock ticking down in the match, the odds on laying the draw are now much lower than they were at kick off and it could prove advantageous to enter a lay the draw bet, or top up your existing lay the draw bet.
Here is an example of one such alert which is applied to one our internal models.
It is designed to alert us if the match goes 1-1 at any point in the second half up to the 80th minute, and if it does then it will pace a bet on over 2.5 goals*
The tool is currently unable to do P&L calculations for InPlay alerts. Instead, we choose one additional goal, to replicate a Lay The Draw Bet
Two of the three last alerts we have received have won and generated a profit overall.
It can pay to be a little creative when linking alerts with systems and models and we do hear some very interesting and successful alert set ups from members from time to time.
