One of the most frequently asked questions we get here at Predictology are all variants of:

However, today we wanted to address this question in a different way. 

Today we are going to build YOU a Betting Portfolio that you can start using and profiting from right away using the Predictology platform.

Betting Portfolio – Our Objectives

We have reviewed and analysed both our 18 Prediction models which all Predictology Members get access to as standard, plus our Daily Match Shortlists, which again our members get access to.

 

  • Betting Portfolio: High Strike Rate

We understand, particularly when starting out, it’s important to build the confidence that regular winners can provide. This means we ruled out more of the “value” models which, although profitable are more likely to have a strike rate around 30%. 

So our cut off was 40% and ideally in most cases, we would have a strike rate of 50% or higher.

Our average strike rate in our portfolio is 63.87%

 

  • Betting Portfolio: Blended Bets

We have included a mix of bet types including Win, Lay (match and draw) and Goal markets.

Lay models are good because they generally allow for a higher volume of winning bets. 

Our portfolio has 4 lay models, 4 win markets and 1 goal market.

 

  • Betting Portfolio: Smooth Downswings and Profit Progression

Another reason for including lay bets is as they provide a higher volume of bets and win frequency they can be useful for smoothing out downswings and profit progression. 

As you can see from the chart below, our proposed member portfolio has a pretty consistent and smooth trend line to the top right of the chart, which is exactly what we want to see.

 

 

Betting Portfolio: Flexible

We have included 9 models in our proposed member portfolio which we think offers the perfect balance. However, we have structured it so that it can also be flexible. 

Don’t want to do lay bets. Focus on the win bets only.

Don’t have much time for bet placement, choose the models with lower bet frequency. 

Each model will work and be profitable on its own, so you can adapt this model to suit your needs and objectives.

 

  • Betting Portfolio: Strong ROI & Profitable

Firstly, we can quickly see that the models have generated 340 points from 3,180 matches which presents an excellent 4.0o% ROI.

Now it is also important to note that the ROI is calculated using Liability for the Lay Bets, which naturally reduces the standard ROI. That said, a 4% ROI for any model is very, very solid.

If we isolate the Win Bets only, our portfolio ROI is a storming 31.94%. In other words for every £1 bet, you should be returning 0.32 pence on average.

You can also connect any of the models listed in the above portfolio to our instant in-play alerts system. You can then choose to either be alert on Telegram or even connect to your BF Bot Manager to act on these alerts.

For example, with the Over 3.5 goals. You could wait until there has been 3 shots on goal, while the game remains 0-0. Then enter your Over 3.5 bet.

Or with Lay The Draw model, if it remains 0-0 or 1-1 at 60 minutes, you could then lay the draw at much more favourable odds than you would get pre-match.
